Designed to fit baskets of 51mm diameter, this 3-ears bottomless portafilter is compatible with CASABREWS CM5418, 3700Essential, 3700Gense, and 3700Pro models. Comes with a double cup filter basket and a 51mm espresso puck screen that helps prevent coffee grounds from sticking to the espresso machine brewing head, keeping it clean.

The portafilter head is cast in food-grade stainless steel and high polished by manual, precise size ensures the portafilter is engaged in the group firmly. The portafilter handle is made of 100% natural solid wood, with a solid surface and ergonomic design to ensure a perfect grip and easy manual control.

Using a bottomless espresso portafilter allows you to see the extraction process more intuitively, helping you correct and improve any extraction problems. This makes it a great helper for making coffee.

Please note that our portafilters are designed to fit snugly into the group head of CASABREWS CM5418 and 3700 series, providing a tight seal when brewing. However, due to the varying tolerances between machines, some may fit more snugly than others. We suggest you try to confirm the position and the thickness of the ears on your portafilter before purchasing. The thickness of the ears is 4.4mm.

We recommend using fresh coffee beans and ground coffee. Please adjust the grinder setting to a finer setting or choose a finer ground coffee, otherwise the pressure is likely to be low. It's suggested to use 17g (0.6oz) ground coffee for a double espresso. We also recommend using the WDT tool to break up clumps in the ground coffee, reducing channeling and spurting during extraction. Please tamp the ground coffee evenly, as tamping unevenly can cause water to favor one side. Remember to place the puck screen.
